Amanda is the Lead Recipe Developer at Food Network, where she creates original recipe content for Food Network’s digital and linear platforms. She also writes instructional cooking articles, as well as creates video content both in front and behind the camera. If she’s not in the kitchen, she’s spending quality time with her Boston Terrier, Roxie.

Graduate of the French Culinary Institute with Farm to Table Concentration, a professional culinary arts program that consists of 650 instructional hours plus a unique, hands-on introduction to ecological agriculture and cuisine led by Dan Barber, executive chef and co-owner of Blue Hill New York and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Communications.
