Fat Ox</a>, a new(ish) restaurant from Chef Matt Carter, Brian Raab and Mark Drinkwater — names behind places like Zinc Bistro, The Mission and The House Brasserie. An order of Casoncelli from the pasta section should be mandatory. These small, buttery, sage-y pillows of squash-filled pasta are topped with pomegranate seeds and amaretti cookie dust.
