You probably don’t need an excuse to eat pizza, but if you did, March would bring plenty of pretexts. This week in particular is a doozy, with many reasons to celebrate and therefore to chow down on pizza: the beginning of the NCAA basketball tournaments, St. Patrick’s Day and, on Thursday, March 20, the first day of spring, among them.
That’s why, from March 17 to 23, Domino’s is offering a 50-percent off deal on all menu-priced pizzas ordered online.
To mark this “big week, full of celebrations,” customers placing online orders can choose any Domino’s specialty pizza or “create a pizza from scratch, with any size crust and toppings” and get it for half price, Domino's executive vice president and chief restaurant officer said in a press release. “Whether customers want their favorite, go-to pizza or have the urge to try something new, like our Parmesan Stuffed Crust, they’re all half off when ordered online.”
Domino’s Parmesan Stuffed Crust pizza is “made of premium buttery-flavored dough, stuffed with melty cheese made with 100% real mozzarella, and topped with Domino’s garlic seasoning and a sprinkle of Parmesan,” according to the brand, launched earlier this month. The half-off deal includes not only this newest crust option but the pizza chain’s other five crust types as well: Hand Tossed, Handmade Pan, Crunchy Thin, gluten-free and New York Style. It’s also valid on specialty pizzas such as ExtravaganZZa, MeatZZa and Pacific Veggie.
To take advantage of the 50-percent-off deal, you have to order your pizza through dominos.com or Domino’s mobile app.
When you come right down to it, a half-priced pizza is itself a pretty good reason to celebrate.
