
Bio
Liza is a Supervising Culinary Producer at Food Network, where she leads the culinary vision and teams behind some of the network’s most beloved shows. With expertise spanning concept development to final production, Liza brings stories to life through a culinary lens.
Experience
In her current role, Liza oversees every culinary element of television productions, from casting and set kitchen design to recipe development and thematic direction. She collaborates closely with talent, chefs, and judges, shaping the flavor and flow of shows like Last Bite Hotel, Ciao House, and Symon’s Dinners Cooking Out. Beyond TV, she contributes to digital, social, print, and billboard campaigns. Before joining Food Network full time, Liza worked as a freelance Culinary Producer and Food Stylist for clients including Netflix, Condé Nast, and Martha Stewart. She also worked as a private chef, in NYC restaurants, and hosted a YouTube series called Brooklyn Mama’s Kitchen. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Marketing and Special Events at a leading child enrichment center.
Education
Liza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production and Television and Radio Production from Brooklyn College (CUNY), where she was a Best Director nominee at the 2007 Brooklyn College Film Festival. She also studied Culinary Arts at the French Institute.
