Morgan began her career in food media after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. She worked as a freelance food stylist and recipe developer, contributing to various cookbooks, television productions, and advertising campaigns. In 2009, she joined Food Network as a staff stylist and recipe developer, later advancing to the role of Culinary Producer. Currently, as the Lead Director of Culinary Production, Morgan is responsible for managing the culinary team's operations, coordinating recipe development, and supporting the production of Food Network's diverse culinary content.
