Bio

Nikki Scott is one of the culinary producers at the Food Network. Throughout her career, she has trained alongside James Beard award-winning chefs, catered at a variety of celebrity weddings and events, and cooked in prestigious homes as a private chef. She loves showing people that the kitchen is not as daunting a place as it may seem.

Like much of the Food Network team, Nikki began her career as an Intern, working at the network full-time during the day and catering at night. With experience in fine dining, corporate dining and private cheffing, she was ready to expand her experience to food media. Nikki worked her way through the ranks and is currently a Culinary Producer for both digital and television series (Wildcard Kitchen, 24 in 24).

Experience

Nikki has worked in fine dining restaurants like Toro NYC, corporate dining at Restaurant Associates and catering at Olivier Cheng, Cloud, Sonnier & Castle, Creative Edge. She’s been part of the catering team for many high-end events, including NY Fashion Week and the Met Gala.

Education

Nikki graduated from French Culinary Institute in New York and SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Bachelors of Applied Sciences, Communications, Media and Film.
